Your order will be delivered to your home with the greatest care. If you order before 17:00 and your order is in stock, your order will be delivered the next day at home. If the item is not in stock, you will receive the expected delivery time no later than 2 days after placing your order.
Processing time
In most cases, Fitness-box.nl processes the order on the day itself. Depending on this, the method of payment and our stock of the products ordered. If you order before 5 pm and your ordered product is in stock, this product will be sent to you the same day.
Do you order products that are partly in stock and partly with a longer delivery time?
Then we will ship the entire package to you when your package can be delivered in full. We will inform you if the delivery time is longer than 2 business days.
Not at home?
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, this is not a problem. Your order will be relisted a day later. You will of course receive a message from this. If you are not at home on the second day, DpD will leave a message at which collection point you can pick up the order.

Are you not at home to receive your order and is delivery to the neighbors also not possible? Then we do our utmost to get the package to you as soon as possible.
DPD will deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcelshop after the first delivery attempt. With over 850 Pickup parcelshops in the Netherlands, there is always one near you. You can read where you can pick up your package on the not-at-home message left for you by the driver.

Nobody home? Then we deliver your package to the neighbors. Or at a PostNL point in the area. We will of course leave you a card with a "non-home code". With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.
